Getting started

We guide you through the process of finding and moving into your perfect home.

Step 1: Find Your Ideal Home

Start by finding the home that feels right for you. Schedule a viewing, and our team will show you around and answer any questions you might have.

Step 2: Complete Your Application

Once you've found the one, fill out our online application form with all the details about your household. It's super quick and easy.

Step 3: Pay the Holding Deposit

After we review your application, you’ll pay a holding deposit through our portal. Our team is available if you have any questions along the way.

Step 4: We’ll Take Your Home Off the Market

With your holding deposit in place, we’ll remove your home from the market and start the referencing process. Our third-party referencing agency will reach out for any additional information they need.

Step 5: Sign Your Documents

Before move-in, you’ll get a copy of your Tenancy Agreement and other documents to sign and return through our Resident Portal.

Step 6: Move In

We’ll arrange a time and date to meet you, hand over your keys, and make sure everything’s ready for you to settle in!

We're focused on achieving high EPC ratings for our homes. There are real benefits to living in a home with a higher EPC rating, and the rating itself can help you understand how energy efficient your home will be.

The key thing to know is that the higher the EPC rating, the lower your energy bills will be. It also means that homes with a higher rating are able to achieve a lower carbon footprint.
