As we continue to accelerate our growth across the country, we have appointed Mark Hawley to the newly created role of Operations Director.
Having previously held the role of Operations Director at Bruntwood SciTech, which saw him lead on the mobilisation of Bruntwood’s largest developments and acquisitions, Mark brings with him a wealth of operational expertise.
Placefirst has transformed into one of the fastest-growing Single Family Housing developer-operators in the UK. As the business continues to grow at pace and progresses its ambitions to increase its portfolio across the UK, Mark’s experience in driving innovation and efficiency in company operations will be crucial.
In 2025, Placefirst will complete five new developments, welcoming an additional 678 number of residents to their neighbourhoods – 30% more residents than last year.
This new role was developed specifically to support the acceleration of the growing business.
Using his 11 years of knowledge across the built environment, Mark will implement new and optimise existing operations to ensure growth remains sustainable without compromising on the quality that Placefirst has become known for.
