Specialist build-to-rent developer PlaceFirst have revealed the first images of their new development in the West End of Morecambe.
West End One is a collection of 51 bespoke houses and apartments clustered around a central, landscaped courtyard. The new homes have been created through innovative remodelling of 27 former guesthouses and, when completed, will offer a mix of one, two, three, and four bedroom homes. All homes will be available for private rent with PlaceFirst who design, build, and manage a growing portfolio of high quality, fair value homes.
The £5.5m project is the first phase of a two phase development that will see over 50 empty, former guesthouses transformed into modern, energy efficient family homes. The project is being delivered in partnership with Lancaster City Council.
PlaceFirst commenced work on site in May and report good progress with the first homes ready for release in January 2016. Details of individual properties and rents are expected to be released autumn 2015 and potential customers can register their interest through the PlaceFirst website or calling 0161 434 4720.
