1. Promoter
The promoter is: Placefirst Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 07071980, whose registered office is at Suite 7.1 Salford, M5 3EJ
 

2. The competition
Book and attend a viewing at any participating Placefirst home during July 2025 and be in with a chance to win a £1,000 holiday voucher. One winner will be selected at random by Placefirst. Placefirst’s decision is final.

Participating locations include: Deansgate Gardens – Bolton, Bolt Works- Halifax, Lunts Heath – Widnes,  The Oaks – Esh Winning, Priors Hall Park – Corby, The Rise – Newcastle. This Competition is exclusive to Placefirst properties – viewings at properties owned and/or operated by other businesses will not qualify.
 

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, you must:

• Book and attend a viewing at any live Placefirst site between 1st July and 31st July 2025
• Be an eligible renter (see section 5)

4. Bonus Offer
Reserve a Placefirst home during July 2025 and receive one month’s rent free upon move-in. Offer applies only to reservations made and confirmed within the campaign period. One month’s rent free T&C’s can be found here.
 

5. Eligibility
To be eligible to win and receive the month rent free, entrants must: 

• Be aged 18 or over
• Have the right to rent in the UK
• Be actively seeking rental accommodation and attend a scheduled viewing at a Placefirst site
• [Not be a current resident in a Placefirst property]
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of a Placefirst employee or agent
• Not be a bot and not use a bot to enter the competition
• Complete the resident feedback form via Survey Monkey
• Have entered the competition prior to 23:59 GMT on 31 July 2025

Placefirst’s decision on eligibility of any entrant is final. Placefirst will not have any liability to any entrant in the event that it incorrectly judges an entrant either to be eligible or not to be eligible.
 

6. Prize Details

• 1 x £1,000 holiday voucher from one of Hays Travel or Airbnb
• The winner may select a single voucher from one of the above providers only.
• The voucher will be subject to the provider’s terms and conditions and Placefirst will have no liability in the event that the voucher is not redeemed by any travel provider, and/or there are any issues with any travel booking made using the voucher.
• No cash alternative is available for all or part of the voucher.
• The prize is non-transferable.
   

7. Winner Selection and Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
• The draw will take place on 2nd August 2025
• The winner will be contacted via phone or email by 7th August 2025
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Placefirst reserves the right to select another winner. On selection of an alternative winner, the original winner will cease to be eligible to receive a voucher
   

8. General

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and to be contacted by Placefirst for purposes relating to the competition
• Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with Placefirst’s Privacy Policy
• Placefirst reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
