Our services arm focuses on helping public sector clients to unlock difficult development, regeneration and energy projects.

Our development arm finances, builds and manages assets in the renewable energy and affordable housing markets.

The business works across the UK and holds a position in a number of public private joint venture structures with local authorities and social landlords.

In summer 2012 we became a partner and investee company of CT Investment Partners, the venture capital arm of the Carbon Trust. The partnership reflects the shared interests of the two organisations, as well as a pooling of investment capacity and expertise to enable PlaceFirst to grow rapidly within its core markets.
